Road Closures In Surrey Due To House Fire, Police Advise Drivers To Avoid Area

Road closures are in effect in the 12700-block of of 56 Avenue in Surrey as firefighters battle a house fire.  Surrey Police Service is assisting Surrey Fire Service with road closures as fire crews work on the blaze; SPS is asking all motorists to avoid the area.  At this early stage, there is no indication of whether the fire is suspicious nor is there any information regarding injuries, SPS noted in a release.
